- Description
- 1. Description. This RFI is being issued by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) as part of its Market Research to identify available sources and capabilities, and to receive industry input regarding the HPO requirement. This RFI will help further define the HPO requirement and identify interested and capable sources that can provide HPO services. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, and all information provided is subject to change. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a commitment to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not obligate the Government to contract for any service whatsoever, and all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be incurred solely at the responding partys expense. Further, the Air Force will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The Government anticipates a Multiple Award IDIQ with a five-year ordering period and the option for an additional five-year ordering period. 2. Background. The US Air Force has recognized that Human Weapons System Optimization is critical to maximizing mission readiness and combat effectiveness across the force. The Air Force has assembled targeted Human Performance (HP) Programs, specifically designed to optimize physical and cognitive performance, decrease occupational injury rates, accelerate return to duty and ensure combat readiness across Aircrew and Warfighter communities. The purpose of this requirement is to provide HPO services including education and training services, management support services, program management, engineering and technical services, professional services, and administrative and other services. 3. Requested Information. See Attachment 1 RFI Response Form 4. Responses. All interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI. Please provide your responses using Attachment 1 RFI Response Form to explain your capabilities and capacity to satisfy this requirement as described in the draft PWS. Responses should be submitted via email to Gail Maszka at gail.maszka.3@us.af.mil and A. Nicole Black at aimee.black@us.af.mil no later than 10 Mar 2023 at 4:00 PM ET. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. 5. Summary. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide HPO services. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. 6. Attachments. 1.
