Description

The 188th Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, Fort Smith, Arkansas, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Municipal Emergency Serivces, 12 Turnberry Ln Fl 2, Sandy Hook, CT 06482, a small business, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available,�urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for servicing of four (4) Hurst eDraulic emergency rescue tools. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. No phone inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The 188th ANG Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award on or about 11 May 2023.
