Description

FORT PICKENS TRAM OPERATIONS VISITOR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service (W-MABO) seeks quotations or offers for a single Firmed-Fixed Price service contract to provide a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) operator of commercial motor vehicle three days per week from 05/02/2023 to 10/31/2023. Days of operation include Tuesday and Wednesday 9AM-1PM and Saturdays 9AM-5PM. 16 hours total per week. Government-furnished electric Trams will be stored in Battery Langdon when not in use. Solicitation number 140P5223Q002 is issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ). Evaluation of quotations or offers will be conducted IAW FAR 12.602 Streamlined evaluation of offers and supplemented by FAR 13.106 considering only price and technical capability. Refer to the instructions provided in the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the evaluation criteria provided in the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The NPS will select the offer that is most advantageous to the Government based on the factors contained in the solicitation.
