- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26323Q0486 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. REQUEST FOR QUOTES: The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System is requesting to purchase a new Boss SR MAG Snowrator for Commercial Items. This procurement is a Brand-name only, 100% Set-aside for Small Businesses. 1a. DESCRIPTION OF SOLICITATION This Solicitation is for the acquisition of a Brand-name or Equal to a Boss SR MAG Snowrator. See DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES NEEDED for more information Response: Response to this solicitation must be received no later than 12:00pm Central Time, Monday April 24, 2023. Please include in the subject line: Response to RFQ: Boss SR MAG Snowrator Small Business Set-Aside: This solicitation is Set-aside 100% for Small Business. Only Small Businesses with active SAM.gov registration and identified as a small business under the NAICS Code for this procurement. BRAND-NAME ONLY: This is a Brand-Name only procurement. To be considered for this procurement the Boss SR MAG Snowrator. This requirement is needed since the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System already owns a Boss SR MAG Snowrator. It would not make organizational sense to have attachments that are not interchangeable in order to ensure safe environment for veterans, visitors and staff. BUY AMERICAN ACT The provisions of the Buy American Act apply to this procurement. Completion of 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate is required. DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES NEEDED: Brand-name only new Boss SR MAG Snowrator with a 2 Year Warranty including Owner's Manual (electronic versions are acceptable).
