Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Divison) intends to sole source Magnetic Intrinsic Calibration Systems to Stiltmart Learning Management Systems (SLMS). This requirement is a follow-on to N6426718C0007, where SLMS conducted R&D in order to create the Magnetic Intrinsic Calibration Systems. The proposed requirement will continue the R&D efforts. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of FAR 6.301-2(d)(2); notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information form potential responsible sources that have the interest and capability to fulfill the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for quote; submission of any information in response to this pre-solicitation is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Based on the responses to this pre-solicitation notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
