2 1 Statement of Work To Purchase a ER Reconnaissance Vehicle for the Albany VA Medical Center 4/17/2023 GENERAL INFORMATION The general scope of this procurement is to purchase a Brand Name or Equal, the awardee offer must be equal to the MedStat MS 500 BASE UNIT RECONNAISSANCE VEHICLE for the ER for Patient care and support services Equipment Purchase REQUIREMENT/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS/SPECIFICATIONS Common Nomenclature: Original Manufacturer ASAP industries MedStat MS500 Kind of material: Varies Electrical Data: N/A Principles of operation: Parked and used in the Emergency Room area of the facility. Support all facets of patient care transportation . Original equipment manufacturer part number: MS 500 BASE UN Other pertinent information that describes the item, material or service required: The system must include the following components for acceptance: OTHER UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS Applicable DICOM compliance, Directives or IT Policies: Coordination with On-going Construction Project (provide the project number): N/A Warranty: 1 year from date of receipt and verification of installation/operation. Training: Service and/or Maintenance: Safety/ISO/IT/BioMed/SPS & Other Departmental Compliance: N/A. Not on network. DELIVERY This section should clearly state: Contractor must deliver all components for fully operational system. Contractor must deliver all components of the system as stated in this solicitation within 30 days of award notice.
