Description
Portable Storage Stack Racks Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Landstuhl, Germany This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The Government is seeking interested contractors for a contract or delivery order to provide and ship portable storage racks to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center located in Landstuhl, Germany. The required quantity of portable storage racks includes 300 units. Portable storage rack dimensions are 48�W x 48�D x 48�H with approximate usable dimensions of 42� x 42�. Racks must be able to be stacked 5 high with a total load weight of 20,000 lbs. Maximum load capacity per rack is 4,000 lbs. Rack construction must be powder-coated 10-guage steel. Base should allow 4-way forklift access for portability even when loaded. Units must be able to stack without the use of tools. The anticipated delivery timeframe is October 2023. The contract will be issued on a competitive basis. An RFQ for this action will be issued to interested parties on or around May 15, 2023, with award of the contract no later than July 30, 2023. The Government's preference is that this contract would be executed as a GSA Schedule order. Vendors that are interested in competing for this contract should provide a brief statement of capabilities, to include ability to meet the requirements identified above, ability and experience in delivery outside the continental U.S. (OCONUS) locations, shipping location, and if applicable, the firm's GSA Schedule contract number under which this work would be performed. The capabilities statement should be no longer than 5 pages. Send your capabilities statement via email to the Contract Specialist, Scot Moore at Scot.A.Moore@usace.army.mil and CEHNC-MO_T-CT@usace.army.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Time on April 27, 2023. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses will not be returned nor will be considered by the Government as offers.
