- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) is seeking sources for six High Performance Brand Name Only (BNO) Starlink Terminal Kits and six one-month Global Access Subscriptions for use in the Indo-Pacific Theater. Delivery date must be no later than26 June 2023. CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� 763 ESS, 510 POW/MIA Drive, Building P40, Suite E1004, Scott AFB, IL 62225 INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of industry to provide all required provide six Starlink High Performance Terminal Kits and six one- month Global Access Subscriptions hosted by Starlink's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation to be used in the Indo-Pacific theater, products and services and to allow for questions/comments regarding this requirement. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND There is no background information to provide as this is the first time the 763 ESS will be procuring these products. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Delivery Locations: Scott Air Force Base Delivery NLT: 26 June 2023 Capabilities: The contractor shall provide equipment, materials, and any other component necessary to ensure Starlink Global Access subscriptions are provided. The contractor shall provide support for six Starlink terminals for a period of performance of 12 months from the time-of-service activation. The contractor shall also provide associated power supplies, POE adapters, data cables, routers, and mounts. The service will need to support a minimum of 10 MB/s bandwidth, have a less than five minute set up offering coverage in the Indo-Pacific theater. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334111- Electronic Computer corresponding size standard of 1,250 Employees.� To assist 763 ESS in making a determination regarding the level of participation by small business in any subsequent procurement that may result from this Sources Sought, you are also encouraged to provide information regarding your plans to use joint venturing (JV) or partnering to meet each of the requirement�s areas contained herein.� This includes responses from qualified and capable Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service-DisabledVeteran- Owned Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Businesses, and Small Business Administration 8(a) participants.� You should provide information on how you would envision your company's areas of expertise and those of any proposed JV/partner would be combined to meet the specific requirements contained in this announcement.
