- TNF Elevator and Lift Maintenance and Repair Services This is a non-personal services contract to provide routine maintenance and repair�services to elevators and lifts on the Tongass National Forest (TNF) office buildings located throughout Southeast Alaska. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at multiple TNF office buildings located throughout Southeast Alaska: Juneau, Craig, Thorne Bay, Sitka, Wrangell, and Petersburg. Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.
