- Office of Origin: Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Acquisitions Reason: Notice of Cancellation for Solicitation No. 50310221Q0127 for the Securities and Exchange Commission � Lost and Stolen Securities Program The RFQ, issued on October 20, 2021 via SAM.gov (Contract Opportunities), has been cancelled in its entirety as it failed to properly reflect the agency�s actual requirements.� In addition, certain material errors and ambiguities within the RFQ were discovered after quotes were received, where such quotes have also since expired.� It is expected that a new solicitation will be subsequently issued that reflects the agency�s current needs and addresses the aforementioned issues in the now-cancelled RFQ.�� Any questions concerning this notice may be directed to: Julia Gallmon, gallmonj@sec.gov
