Description

This is a Synopsis Notification (SN) as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query�and no solicitation document exists for the request.� This�SN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SN.� All�information received in response to this SN that�is marked as proprietary�will be handled accordingly.� The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point is interested in a Cisco Integrated Services Router and accessories (see attached Specs & Requirements document).� The NAICS code is 334111; SBA Size Standard is 1,250 employees. In order to participate as a potential source, your company must be registered as a CHESS Contract Holder.� The Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Program is the Army's designated primary source for Commercial IT.� CHESS provides a no-fee flexible procurement strategy through which an Army user may procure Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) IT hardware, software, and services.� This process is authorized in accordance with Army Regulation 25-1 (Army Knowledge Management and Information Technology) and AFARS 5139.101-90(a)(1).� All interested parties must refer to https://chess.army.mil/ for more information. Your company must be fully registered in CHESS (https://chess.army.mil/) and SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/home) in order to participate.� All questions regarding the process or about site information must be referred to the applicable site in question. All interested parties are responsible for reading, reviewing, and obtaining their own information and attachments through https://chess.army.mil/.� All solicitations and attachments are issued in electronic format and available only through https://chess.army.mil/.� This requirement will be posted in CHESS on Solicitation# W911SD23R0122 under the ITES-3H Hardware Program Community.�
