- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD PURCHASE ORDER TO SJT CONSULTING LLC FOR MUSEUM TOURS. The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Professional Services Acquisition Unit intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) to SJT Consulting, 1519 C Street SE Washington DC 20003 for subject matter expert guided tours in partnership with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial and Museum (USHMM) and the National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC).�The period of performance will be five (5) months 17 May 2023 to 29 September 2023 with an estimated value of $48,000. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. � 3304(a)(1) as stated by the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The PO is intended to continue the requirement for SME guided tours while a additional market research for future opportunities is completed. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
