- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA).� The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the purpose of Major Improvement Project at the Tampa International Airport (TPA) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) in Tampa, Florida. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity.��� Purpose of the announcement: To inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract via the BOA.� All question pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the contracting specialist, Joni Haynes @ Joni.l.haynes@faa.gov AND the Contracting Officer, Erin Crabtree @ Erin.m.crabtree@faa.gov.� No phone calls please.��
