- SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy.� As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Required item(s) listed below: Qty 2 - Bent cylindrical crystal analyser Si(533) Curvature radius: 250 � 2 mm Wafer thickness: 150-180 microns Glass substrate curvature radius: 250 mm � 3 mm Glass substrate dimension 110 mm x 25 mm and 10 mm thick in the centre Wafer dimensions: ~100 mm x 25 mm (cut form a 4� wafer � see below) Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced and Technically Acceptable Method (LPTA).
