Solicitation is issued as a hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials Requirements Request for Proposal. All work will be performed on Letterkenny Army Depot. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Estimated start date is 1 May 2023. Period of Performance is 1 May 2023 - 30 Apr 2024 (base year) and 2 12-month option years.� All contractors must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract.
