- Solicitation N00421-23-Q-0246 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit theproposed purchase order on a Brand Name/ Sole Source basis with Pratt & Whitney Measurement Systems, Inc. . under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part.� The integrity of the Program�s network would be at stake if new platform configurations were introduced, particularly with a staff unfamiliar with off-brands. As such, the potential for introduction of IA vulnerabilities is significantly higher. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please include your published price list, historical, authorized distributor letter, Cage Code, include POC email, lead time and grand total amount. Quote all or none. Payment Terms: Net 30 The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 12:00 pm on 21 APR 2023. ALTHOUGH NOT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS; ""REASONABLE"" OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WILL BE THE PRIORITY FOR CONSIDERATION. If you are quoting, you MUST be an authorized distributor. Only quotes accompanied by a copy of an authorized reseller certificate will be evaluated.� Award will be made on an all or none basis.� All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to benjamin.r.flores3.civ@us.navy.mil.
