- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Provost Marshal�s Office (PMO) Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Camp Lejeune, NC has a requirement for Contractor Vetting and Commercial Vehicle Escort Services at various gates aboard Camp Lejeune, NC and Marine Corps Air Station, New River, NC. �The requirement is for a base year of twelve (12) months and one (1) twelve month option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is the Government�s intention to issue a firm fixed price contract. The award will be based on price and other factors. The proposed acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561612. The NAICS Industry Description is Guards and Patrol Services. The Small Business size standard for this requirement is $29.0 million. �The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisiton Procedures). ��� This notice is not a request for quotes. The Solicitation (M67001-23-Q-0005) will be posted on� or about May 5, 2023 on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. �It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor the website for the solicitation and any associated amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/.
