- This posting additionally updates Atch 3a and 3b as of 19 Apr 23. All other information, attachments, and proposal due date still apply. See attachments for updates (Added Somali (MAAY) II and III to Option Year 4� and removed Somali II from all Option Years. This posting is in response to the questions from industry from the 3 Apr 23 Request For Proposal posting. Attachment 14 RFP Matrix with Responses is attached as well as all documents that were updated as a result of the questions. All other documents from the 3 Apr 23 RFP remain unchanged. Only the following have been updated: Contract docment H92402-23-R-0002 Amd 1 Atch 1 Statement of Work Atch 2 DD254 Atch 3a and 3b Rate Card for Prime and Subcontractor Atch 6 Initial Capablility Workbook Atch 7 Section L Instructions to Offerors Atch 8 Section M Evaluation Factors for Award Atch 10 Subcontractor Past Performance Consent Letter Atch 12 Awardable Task Order 01 SOW Atch 13 Awardable Task Order 01 Price Workbook Please note that due to the administrative nature of these updates, the propsal due date has not changed. Proposals shall be in accordance with the 3 Apr 23 Request for Proposal and the amended 14 Apr 23 Request for Proposal Amd 1.�
