- The National Cemetery Administration plans to publish combined sources sought/ solicitation for Tree Maintenance Services on or about 4/20/2023. The requirement shall be set aside as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Requirement. Potential interested parties shall monitor SAM.gov for the posting of the solicitation. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Continental & Midwest District Tree Maintenance Services The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to perform one or more of the following tasks: tree and stump removal, routine pruning, deadwood pruning, palm tree pruning, stump grinding, FboNotice pruning, snag felling, and the removal and disposal of any resulting waste and debris. The government intends to award 3-5 blanket purchase agreements (BPA). To be eligible for an award, the perspective vendor shall submit: Capability statement, Catalog pricing/current price list, Past performance relevant to tree maintenance, and A listing of the area of coverage: Provide a list of sites that your firm is available and capable of working at. *The purpose of multiple BPA s is to provide enough availability to cover the entire area. One vendor does not need to cover the entire area. Fair opportunity will be provided to all BPA holders for estimates above the micro-purchase limit for every site requiring site-specific services via an awarded task order from respective BPA award. The sites listed below are included in this request for quotation for services in the Continental and Midwest Districts of the National Cemetery Administration.
