- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Portable Toilet Supply and Service, Recreation Areas, Cape Cod Canal, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this procurement is to obtain a portable toilet supplier to provide, service, supply and maintain ten (10) portable toilets at one time at the Cape Cod Canal within the time frame from around April 21, 2023, to June 16, 2023. The portable toilets will be located at: Two (2) Portable Toilets (1 Handicap Accessible Unit and 1 Standard Unit) located at Sandwich Recreation Area, 10 Freezer Road in Sandwich, MA.� Two (2) Portable Toilets (1 Handicap Accessible Unit and 1 Standard Unit) located at Sandcatcher Recreation Area, 60 Ed Moffit Drive in Sandwich, MA. Two (2) Portable Toilets (1 Handicap Accessible Unit and 1 Standard Unit) located at Tidal Flats Recreation Area, 33 Bell Road in Bourne, MA. Two (2) Portable Toilets (1 Handicap Accessible Unit and 1 Standard Unit) located at Buzzards Bay Recreation Area located, 80 Main Street in Buzzards Bay, MA. Two (2) Portable Toilets (1 Handicap Accessible Unit and 1 Standard Unit) located at Bourne Recreation Area, 173 Sandwich Road in Bourne, MA. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 562991 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
