- Description
- The Rumaylan Detention Facility is a new, purpose-built detention facility. This project is in northeast Syria near Rumaylan Landing Zone (RLZ) on undeveloped farmland. The work consists of the construction of Detainee Barracks, one Guard Barracks Facility, one Administration Facility, five Guard Towers, five Guard Shacks, one Detainee Kitchen Facility, one Laundry Facility, one Latrine/Shower Facility, and the respective potable water, wastewater/sewer, and power generation services to have a fully functioning facility.
