- Amendment 0003 and RFI Notice 3 of Solicitation N4019223R2900 are hereby issued on 19 April 2023. RFI Notice 3 is provided in response to requests for information. The solicitation remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on a Standard Form 30. The date of receipt of proposals is hereby extended from Tuesday, 25 April 2023 to Thursday, 25 May 2023 at 4:30pm, Guam time. Original AND hard copies of proposals shall be submitted 5 business days after electronic submission, no later than Friday, 02 June 2023 at 4:30pm, Guam time.
