- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure the following: RPB Z4 Respirator, includes: Z4 with ADF, 15-721 FR Shoulder Cape, Part# 15-010-21, Qty 40 RPB PX5 includes: 03-811 Belt Support, 07-765-FR Nomex FR Belt, 03-819 Flow Meter, 03-856 High-Capacity Battery, 03-851 Battery Charger � NIOSH, Part# 03-805-FR, Qty 40 PX5 Breathing Tube, Part# 04-831, Qty 40 FR Breathing Tube Cover, Part# 04-854, Qty 40 PX5 Pre Filter (Packet 10), Part# 03-890, Qty 10 PX5 High Efficiency (HE) Filter, Part# 03-892, Qty 120 PAPR�S are to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses only. For boxes that weigh over 40lbs, the material must be palletized when arriving at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. The completed Combined Synopsis Solicitation filled out shall be emailed to Christina.Hindman@dla.mil. Any questions must be sent by 25 April 2023 12:00pm. Please make sure that the solicitation number is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read due to security issues.
