- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for wireless microphones and accessories. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Total Small Businesses (SB). This requirement will be evaluated as quote technically acceptable, conforms to the solicitation requirements, and represents the lowest price. The under NAICS code 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Therefore, ALL OFFERS must meet and comply with the specific requirements listed on the attached documents. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. All respondents must have active registrations in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your SAM UEI, Cage Code are current and valid.
