- This Other Than Full and Open solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000165860 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). ��The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 2-year BASE with one 3-year OPTION IQC for OPPENHEIMER PRECISION PRODUCTS INC (02995) P/N MD86053-6, approved source of supply.� Therefore, only business concerns offering material from OPPENHEIMER PRECISION PRODUCTS INC (02995) P/N MD86053-6 will be considered. NSN:� 6220-01-327-4597 Nomenclature: PANEL, INDICATING, LI CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM; NAICS 335999 SPE4A623R0303 Required delivery is 175 days after receipt of order (DARO) for each NSN.� Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) � 22 each respectively.� The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a 2-year base with one 3-year option, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 5 May 2023.
