- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract with Firm Fixed Prices for CADD Solis Ambulatory Infusion Pumps for Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is W81K0223Q0079. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 1250 employees and the NAICS code of 339112.� This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Brand Name or Equal. Contractors shall submit a quote on the following (see W81K0223Q0079Att1): CLINs 0001 through 0007 Delivery Date:� 30 September 2023 All responsible offerors shall provide an offer that meets the Salient Characteristics, Brand or Equal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See W81K0223Q0079Att1. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See W81K0223Q0079Att1. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. See W81K0223Q0079Att1. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and its addendum applies to this acquisition. See W81K0223Q0079Att1. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See W81K0223Q0079Att1 for the FAR clauses that are applicable to this acquisition. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award a contract with Firm Fixed Prices to a successful quoter.� Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall be required to meet the requirements of the combined synopsis/solicitation.
