- Description
- The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) has a requirement for 2 temperature controlled steel storage containers, with the below specifications. 20� (length) x 8� (width) x 10� (height). Dimensions are rounded up. Must be portable using military equipment such as forklift or Rough Terrain Container Handler. Material � Steel exterior. Interior will include R13 insulation and plywood walls/floors/ceiling with 2 x 4 studs. Floors must be able to support shelving with heavy items. LED lighting mounted to ceilings. 12,000 Btu Air Conditioner/Heater all in one unit to control temperature during winter/summer months. Electrical System 240V plug 60 Amp (3 pole) and a 10ft cables that will run from the containers to a 240v receptacle mounted on building. This will power the indoor 12,000 Btu Air Conditioner/Heater so an opening must be cut in the steel to get power from outside to inside. 110 V power receptacle inside containers and all necessary outdoor receptacles to get 110V from building to container. Electrical wiring and switches for LED lighting.� Deliver to: Fort Hamilton 130 Wainwright Dr Brooklyn, NY, 11252 The basis of award is the lowest price that meets the requirements of the attached RFQ.� This is a total small business set-aside.�� All perspective vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov to be considered for this requirement.
