Description
The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), 10 Casia St, San Juan, PR 00921, has a requirement for annual Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services in its critical areas (e.g., isolation rooms, operating rooms, etc.). These services shall be provided at the VACHS main facility, as well as its Mayaguez Out-patient Clinic (MOPC). The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, equipment, and services necessary to conduct the services mentioned above. The technician providing such services must be certified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 223220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be J041 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Circulating Equipment). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website. Interest/capability statements shall be submitted to Wilfredo Perez via e-mail at wilfredo.perez3@va.gov by April 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. In order for a vendor to be found to be capable of fulfilling the Government s requirement, he shall submit technician(s) NEBB certificate. Please provide the following information as an attachment to your response: 1. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services under the same or a related NAICS codes. 2. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. 3. Do you plan on responding to a solicitation for this requirement with a Joint Venture utilizing multiple owned companies as majority or non-majority owner? Yes ___No ___ If yes, please identify which companies are considering a Joint Venture and the ownership of each company.
