- VA seeks industry input and questions on Draft Documentation related to the Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP). Instructions to Vendors Please review the following attached documents: Section C Performance Work Statement, Facility Listing, VHA ICSP Labor Categories and VIT definitions. If you have any questions or feedback related to the information provided in each of the documents, please email below points of contact for Government consideration. When responding, place all responses within the Excel Attachment titled: Questions for the Government. No later than, Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST, please submit questions to April Bloom | April.bloom@va.gov, and Lindsey Wineland | lindsey.wineland@va.gov. The Government anticipates providing information on common themes at the May 2nd Industry Day, and may provide consolidated answers via a separate SAM.gov notice at a later date. PLEASE NOTE: The Government is not seeking capability statements at this time, please submit questions/feedback related to draft documents only.
