- This sources sought is being published for market research purposes only. The Government may have upcoming requirements for�Cross Cultural Adaptation Technician for the Army Community Service in Kaiserslautern and Baumholder, Germany. Historically these locations have been served as separate requirements and the Government is interested in obtaining vendor feedback on the viability of combining/consolidating to a single requirement to service both locations. � Vendor feedback is welcomed to assist in determining if there are sources who are capable to service both locations under a combined contract or each location singularly. Attached is a draft Performance Work Statement.
