- This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to determine if there are potential sources with the capability to provide Air to Ground Networking Radio (AGNR) Integration Services for Modification Work Order development into the AH-64E Apache helicopter.�� This announcement constitutes an official RFI as defined in FAR 15.201(e), and DOES NOT�constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or commitment to issue a RFP in the future.� All responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Follow-up questions may be asked of responders for clarification, but this will not indicate a selection or preference.
