It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for the market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Borescope system for inspection and verification of patency of surgical instruments or Reusable Medical Devices for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contract for the same requirement and any other compelling evidence to help the Government detain your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall be sent to Benjamin.Amato@va.gov no later than April 25 , 2023, at 10:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time.
