The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. 2. Program Details: Ogden Air Logistics Complex at Hill AFB, Utah requires the purchase of AutoCrib automated vending machines and vending machine accessories (including any items/machines available in the AutoCrib catalog) to support operation within the Complex and Geographically Separated Units (GSU). This effort shall include all shipping to Hill Air Force Base and the associated GSU�s. 3. Instructions: The Government requests interested parties provide the following information (please limit your response to no more than 4 pages): a. Company Name and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. b. Name, phone number, and email address for point of contact(s). c. The applicable NAICS Code for this acquisition is 333310. Based on this NAICS Code, what is your size status? ______ Small Business ______ Small Disadvantaged ______ Women-Owned ______ Veteran-Owned ______ Service-Disabled Veteran Owned ______ Hub-Zone ______ 8(a) ______ Large Business d. Are you currently registered in SAM.gov and WAWF? e. The NAICS Code selected for this potential requirement is 333310, which has a size standard of 1,000 Employees. If you disagree that 333310 is the proper NAICS Code, please submit that comment to the requiring activity along with what NAICS Code you believe this should be classified under; however, please do not wait for an amendment to this request. The due date for the market survey will remain at May 4, 2023. This date will not be extended. f. Provide any authorized distributor letters as necessary for non-manufactured items that state you are authorized distributors for Hill AFB, Utah. You are encouraged to provide any documentation to support your business�s capability in meeting the requirements. Failure to provide this type of documentation may result in the Government being unable to adequately assess your business�s capabilities to supply AutoCrib automated vending machines and vending machine accessories. g. Please state whether you can distribute all the items on the autocrib.com website and attached product list and any items that may be added to the list in the future. h.
