Description

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has a�requirement for the Automated Background�Investigation System (ABIS) case� management�system for The Office of Personnel Security. SBA requires maintenance for its web-based case management system that processes personnel security background investigations. Additionally, the contractor will add features to continually improve the timeliness of processing background investigation cases. The maintenance contractor will provide: 1. Updates to the ABIS software to add new functionality that is required by changes to the personnel security background investigation processing as well as adding features to continually improve the timeliness of processing background investigation cases. 2. Provide miscellaneous reports and extracts from the system based on requests from the Office of Personnel Security. 3. Provide updates to the ABIS software to address any vulnerabilities that have been identified by SBA.
