U.S. GOVERNMENT- NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE RENEWAL OPTION General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Columbus, OH that will be expiring.� The Government has a continuing need for this space and anticipates negotiating a 5-year, 3-year firm term renewal option for the following requirement: State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: North: SR 161 (Dublin-Granville Road) South: I-70 East: I-270 West: I-71 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,947 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,947 Space Type: Consisting of approximately 50% warehouse and 50% office space Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
