Description: The Navy Personnel Command (NPC) is seeking to acquire 400 Adobe Acrobat Professional Software Licenses � Enterprise Feature Restricted Licensing (FRL) Offline for My Navy Career Center (MNCC) to use to process travel claims at the OCONUS Personnel Support Detachments (PSDs) locations. The current licenses are set to expire 30 April 2023. Adobe Acrobat Professional DC is a Portable Document Format (PDF) application that allows for the creation, modification, digitally signing, and merging of PDF document files. PDF is the preferred document format for merging and retention of transactional documents used by the PSDs.
