- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 39th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. � Incirlik Air Base, Turkey is seeking potential sources for Air Traffic Control Virtual Reality Trainer with Installation and Maintenance. �Please see attachment for required products and specifications.� Please accompany your submission with answers to the questions below:� 1.�� �Are you able to provide the requested product? 2.�� �Are you able to install the product at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey? 3.�� �Do other products exist that can fulfill this need to the same standard as the brand listed above? If so, please provide a substitution product that meets all required specifications. 4.�� �Describe the unique qualifications your software and hardware would bring to this requirement. 5.�� �What is the estimated delivery and installation?
