NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Description of Requirements: Select One of the Following Justifications: Support for Justification - what is unique about the supply/service OR what makes this urgent FAR 6.302-1 Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities�JUSTIFICATION FOR SOLICITING FROM A SINGLE SOURCE�FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2�FAR 13.106-1(b) and 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) In accordance with FAR 6.3 and 13.106-1(b), the following justification is hereby provided for soliciting from a�single source: The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, Public Buildings Service, Project Support Division is�seeking Dale Carnegie to deliver one in-person 2-day course for up to 30 Project Managers on Leadership�& Influence Program as it pertains to Project Management and construction projects.�The Program Training has been held annually since 2020 by Dale Carnegie to satisfy the professional�development needs for the GSA Project Managers. However, due to the budget limitations and�restrictions, travel was restricted for Project Managers. Therefore, the customer is requesting the same�course which is necessary to ensure consistency of information amongst all Project Managers and�participants. Based on Market Research, there is only one responsible vendor that provides the�Leadership and Influence training
