SOURCES SOUGHT:� �THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF A SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME) SPECIFICATION IN AN FY23 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT � FTW453, Physical Readiness Fieldhouse, FT Wainwright, ALASKA - AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. �The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of a larger construction contract to be executed on FT Wainwright, Alaska.� A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions.�. Items:� Siemens APOGEE DDC Building Control System - for monitoring and controlling the HVAC systems in all facilities on the station.� The DDC systems in each facility must have the capability to communicate with the base wide Siemens control systems at the device level. Stanley/Best Interchangeable Core-Cormax, 7-pins, Standard Keyway, X-series keys for the installation�s master keying system.� All lock cores and keyless entry systems must be compatible. Knox Box � for emergency access.� In the event of an emergency, a single code may be used to access any building on station.� The boxes must provide consistency, compatibility, and sustainability throughout the base. Knox Caps � to prevent foreign materials from clogging the standpipe water supply and to protect the connection from unauthorized use.� The caps must provide consistency, compatibility, and sustainability throughout the base. Honeywell Vindicator 5 Panel-Security � Intrusion and detection and access control system. Essential to the government operators and security forces that all facilities on the installation contain this brand name system to ensure full integrations and compatibility for proper control and response during emergencies. Vantera Parking Lot Power Controller � to allow the parking lot outlets to automatically provide power for specific durations at different temperature ranges.� The specification of the Vantera M210 Intelligent Parking Lot Controller system will maintain consistency with the existing systems installed on FT Wainwright. Monaco MAAP-X and associated devices �transceivers allow procurement of a fire alarm panel from other manufacturers. Federal Signal Mass Notification Panel � Mass notification system must be compatible with the Ft Wainwright Base-wide system and equipment from other manufactures will not operate with the existing mass notification network. The system must provide the ability to send emergency communication thru existing wireless communication platform to all areas with specific emergency response instructions for personnel to follow. THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� No solicitation will be available as these sole source items will be incorporated into the specifications of an FY23 solicitation for a new Military Construction (MILCON) facility on FT Wainwright, Alaska.� Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. �Responses must include the following information: Identification of the manufacturer�s name, address, and country of product manufacture. Fully detailed specification sheets. Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features listed above. Please send responses to U. S.
