SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE A-Dec dental stools The Louis Stokes Veterans Outpatient Clinic, 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, oh 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.1061(b)(1)-Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� The NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 1000.� The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with THUNDERCAT TECHNOLOGY LLC 1925 ISAAC NEWTON SQ STE 180. RESTON, VA� 20190-5030. ����������� LSVAMC is requesting the procurement of Dental Service is looking for a vendor to provide our Dental Department's Doctor and Assistant dental stools. Our Dental Service has been using the dental stools for both providers and assistants. However, in recent years, there have been incidents that happened due to the instability of other dental stools. The stools slide and tip over, leading to injuries and discomfort for both the employees and the patients. Dental service has taken these events seriously and wants to repair the leading cause of both injuries and tipping over. Market research was performed, and a few vendors were called in for trials, but A-Dec dental stools were the only ones liked by the providers and offered the safety feature of not tipping over. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday 4/25/2023, 2023, at 2PM EST.� Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. �All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� No solicitation is available currently.�� All inquiries must be submitted by email to Tanesha Reese at Tanesha.Reese@va.gov.
