Amendment 3 and Questions and Answers part 3 are hereby posted. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 2, including updated attachments, and Questions and Answers are hereby posted. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 1, including updated attachments, and Questions and Answers are hereby posted. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is�issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Explosive Detection System (EDS) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) services and activities for the maintenance for out of warranty checked baggage equipment, including,�but not limited to: preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, radiation surveys, maintenance planning, supply support, test equipment and calibration, parts and parts obsolescence, and subcontract agreements. Historical maintenance and parts data as well as EDS equipment listing is available upon request.� An email requesting this data should be sent to the CO at Lindsay.alexander@tsa.dhs.gov.
