Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for four (4) Public Health Nutritionist for the Diabetes Education Program. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months starting from the Date of Award (i.e. 01/10/2022 � 01/09/2023). The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 with a small business size standard of $30M.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1470623 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 26, 2023. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by May 9, 2023.� The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
