- RFQ 36C24823Q0560 QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES 1. With respect to paragraph 3, hours of operations (pg27)- Is it our understanding that all routes are considered on an as needed basis? Yes, If not, which locations have daily routes? All routes are on a need by basis. 2. What was the last awarded contract amount? $34,043.44 3. What is the monthly average regular work hours orders received and what is the monthly average after hours and holiday orders that were received in the previous contract? The monthly average is only 1 to 2 deliveries total. The majority are afternoon/evening pick-ups so they may fall under the after-hours designation. 4. How many ""more than 150mile orders"" (i.e., Miami, Orlando, West Palm beach) were completed in the last contract? 0 5. How big are the packages? Package size may vary 6. Which kind of vehicle do you recommend my employees to have (van, sedan, or truck)? Government do not dictate the size vehicle used 7. Is it possible for me to know the route list like for example where does it start and end? Gainesville VAMC, FL to Jacksonville OPC Clinic, FL etc. 8. Do my drivers need to have HIPAA? No 9. Do you require my drivers to have US citizenship? Valid Driver Licenses required 10. Are you guys comfortable using my software to place an order or are you guys going to call or email my company for STAT order? Call 11.
