- Update, 21 April 2023: Amendment 1 incorporating changed specs from RFIs with revised SOW. Please review the SOW in its entirety. In addition to RFI revisions, the location for power connections for the new street lights has been changed and additional clarifications were made to the Building 44 steps line item. See new attachment ""CLIN 0007 Bldg 280 Boiler Information"" for the requested specs for the fresh air intake line item. Update, 19 April 2023: Responses to Requests for Information #1 - 7 and supporting attachments added. This project is for repairs to eliminate safety hazards at multiple locations throughout Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, see attached Statement of Work for details. The disclosure of magnitude in accordance with FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for 14 April 2023 at 9:00 central time. Please see pages 52 - 54 of the solicitation document for instructions to quoters and how to register for the site visit. In accordance with FAR 36.211(b), the following information is provided: The National Guard has no agency-specific policies or procedures applicable to definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts other than those described at FAR 43.204, DFARS 243.204 and AFARS 5143.204. Data for the prior 3 fiscal years regarding the time required to definitize equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts for the National Guard is currently not available, but will be compiled and provided in future announcements.
