Request for Information (RFI) - Distributed Common Ground System � Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Family of Integrated Targeting & Exploitation (FITE) Minotaur Multi-Sensor (MMS) Workstation DUE: 26 MAY 2023 The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), Code 63400 is seeking information on commercially available server workstation to support tactical sensor ingestion, FMV, and track fusion/correlation. The Minotaur Multi-Sensor Workstation must be capable of, provide, and/or contain the following: 1.Workstation (Internals) �Intel Xeon CPU �? 16-core CPU �? 128GB RAM �NVIDIA GPU �? 24GB GPU memory �SSDs �? 1TB raw boot storage, RAID support, hot-swappable, removable without tools �? 8TB raw bulk storage, RAID support, hot-swappable, removable without tools �Boot drives physically separate from bulk storage drives �8-port PCIe Gigabit Ethernet network adaptor �? 2 additional PCIe expansion slots �TPM 2.0 �NEMA 5-15 compatible �120/220V AC compatible 2.Workstation (Physical Profile) �Workstation ? 1-person lift (31 lbs) �(1) built-in display �Options for (1) or more fold-out displays �The displays cannot be 4K �(1) fold-out keyboard with touchpad �(2) top-mounted lifting handles 3.Workstation Transit Case �Contains the workstation and all workstation accessories �MIL-STD-1472 compliant handles �Pressure relief valve �Containing all equipment in its storage/transit configuration, shall withstand the following MIL-STD-810H profiles: -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 7, Jet Aircraft -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 8, Propeller Aircraft (C-130 Aircraft, 4-blade propeller) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 8, Propeller Aircraft (C-130 Aircraft, 6-blade propeller) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 9, Helicopter (CH-53E) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 4, Composite Wheeled Vehicle -Method 516.8 Procedure IV Transit Drop (Transport Condition) 4.System Environmental Requirements �The system shall be capable of meeting all operational requirements in all temperatures between +0 and +37.8 Celsius (?C) (+32 and +100 Fahrenheit (?F)). �The system, in its transit configuration, shall be capable of withstanding all temperatures between -29 and +49 degrees ?C (-20 and +120 degrees ?F). �The system, in its transit configuration, shall withstand atmospheric pressures ranging from 572 millibar (mbar) to 1063 mbar. �The system, in its transit configuration, shall prevent water penetration in driving rains up to 65 kilometers per hour (kph) (40 miles per hour (mph)). �The system shall meet all functional requirements after exposure to salt fog while in its transit configuration. �The system, in transit configuration, shall withstand the following MIL-STD-810H profiles: -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 7, Jet Aircraft -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 8, Propeller Aircraft (C-130 Aircraft, 4-blade propeller) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 8, Propeller Aircraft (C-130 Aircraft, 6-blade propeller) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 9, Helicopter (CH-53E) -Method 514.8 Procedure I Category 4, Composite Wheeled Vehicle -Method 516.8 Procedure IV Transit Drop (Transport Condition) �The system shall meet all operational requirements after being exposed to blowing dust while in its transit configuration. �The system shall meet all operational requirements after being exposed to blowing sand while in its transit configuration. �The system shall meet all operational requirements after being exposed to settling dust while in its transit configuration
