- Description
- The purpose of this modification to the previously posted presolicitation notice shall address the following concerns / questions: Attaching the Statement of Work (SOW) to the posting. Under paragraph 4 (Selection Criteria), is it acceptable to use a completed PPQ on file that is still valid for the project? It would save some time for our VA project contacts if we didn't need to request a new PPQ. Yes it is acceptable to use a completed PPQ on file that is still valid for the project. Under paragraph 5 (Submission Requirements) it states that pages need 1-inch margins all around. The standard SF330 form has margins less than 1/2-inch all around. Can the requirement be changed to at least 1/2-inch? The margins must be the pre-defined margins in the SF330 on gsa.gov s website (http://www.cfm.va.gov/contract/ae.asp ). All information must be contained between the thick black lines at the top and bottom, and the side may not extend beyond these thick black lines. The formatting requirements state 12 pt Times New Roman to be used throughout. Since these are to be submitted as PDFs (which can be enlarged if needed on a screen), may we use no smaller than 10 pt type for captions, table data, flow charts, and similar explanatory graphics? Font size must be no smaller than size 11 With regard to the separate document containing the CAGE code, UEI, Tax ID, etc., is this meant to be exempt from the page limitations? Yes, the secondary document does not count toward the page limit. The SF330 due date remains May 8, 2023 1pm.
