- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart�12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z04523-Q-KODI0134and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate� $60,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through�FAC# 2022-08 Effective Date 10/28/2022,�HSAR 5/2/2021 / HSAM 2022-01 / CGAP Change Notice 2017-02. Department of Labor General Decision wages are included in this order and are applicable. Wage determination 2015-5687 Rev 19 12/27/2022 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for�SMALL BUSINESS. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
