- ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 2 - *Site Visit 27 April 10am - Questions Due 1 May 23 10am CST - Responses Due 5 May 23 10:00am CST A site visit for interested parties will be held at Bldg.3631 Okubu Barracks: 3631 Ft Sam Houston,San Antonio, TX 78234 To gain access to any JBSA installations a visitor pass will be required, If need please see attachment 6 "" Unescorted Access Request"" and fill out only Page 3. Please return to me NLT 25 April 10 AM. If you already have base access this form will not be applicable. Please arrive between 9:15am-10:00am to JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, Walters Street Visitor Center (892 Hood St,San Antonio, TX 78208) prior to heading to the area where the site visit will be taking place. All contractors are required to meet at visitors center first to sign in prior to heading to site visit location. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 1 - Responses Due 27 April 23 10:00am CST Notice to offerors the Questions and Anwsers document has certain questions regarding the site visit conducted in the previous cancelled solitication Notice ID:�FA301623U006. At this time there has been no offical site visit planned for this requirement. Please continue to standby and check sam.gov for updates,thank you. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Please refer to all 6 attachments (RFQ, SOW, WD,Boiler diagram, Questions & Anwsers,Reference pictures) for important details. 502nd CES has purchased a new boiler equipment that needs to be installed. The equipment is already on site and set in place where its ready to be installed. Contractor shall professionally install Raypak boiler, Buffer Tank and Storage Tank and provide all related support equipment, piping, and valves for BLDG. 3631.� Please download all attachments and complete RFQ and send via email NLT 27 April 2023 10 A.M.
