The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC) � on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is soliciting proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000041 for 5.56MM Duty Ammunition.� The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation.� The anticipated contract will be issued with a five (5) year ordering period.� All items are defined in the statement of work (SOW), which is included as Attachment 1 � Statement of Work.� Request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C23R00000041, is issued as unrestricted, full and open.� The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994, (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing).� Potential offerors MUST register at https://beta.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines prior to award.�
