- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) with an assigned solicitation number of F41999-23-Q-0109. No substitutions will be accepted for any items listed in the SOW. The items listed in the statement of work are to be installed in a dining facility currently under construction and the winning bidder shall coordinate delivery and installation with a general contractor who has a construction completion date of 11 October 2023. The Federal Acquisition Regulations clauses and provisions do not apply to nonappropriated fund purchases.� This solicitation and subsequest award are in accordance with the Nonappropriated Fund Standard Clauses (10 March 2023).� No set-aside will be used for this solicitation. A quote shall be prepared in accordance with the included statement of work, which includes all item numbers, quantities, and descriptions. All quotes shall be submitted via email by 3:00 PM CST 12 May 2023.
